One thing new this year was that companies in the full-service and replacement contractor categories could opt to have Guild Quality, the leader in customer satisfaction surveys for the remodeling industry, survey their customers. Earlier this year, Abby Windows was selected to the Big50 Class for 2015, the annual designation for companies that have achieved the highest levels of operational and financial excellence. We also won the Guild Quality Service Excellence Award, and we started off 2015 as an Angie's List SuperService Award winner...for the second consecutive year.
