We needed to replace our picture window because it was original to the house. The seal had broken and it was always cloudy and we could never clean it off because it was between the double panes of glass. Cold air was coming in and no longer energy efficient. We saw Abby's television ad and thought why not call for an estimate. We already had done some research and knew what we wanted. Our sales person showed us, based on our wants, the options for replacing the window. He explained features and benefits took some initial measurements and provided our estimate. The investment in the window replacement was worth it. I would say it was reasonably quoted. The time it took from order to install was 6 mos. This is because the windows are custom. It was not a plug and play window. Stud to stud fit. Our installation team was great. They were prompt and very respectful of our interior while working, cleaning up when finished.
